Terms
CABC Terms and Conditions of sale apply.

Ownership
Goods remain the property of CABC Ltd until paid for in full.

Territories
We only accept on-line orders from the following countries and regions: EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
If you are not in this list please cotacts us by phone or email.

Dispatch
The goods will not be despatched until your payment has been processed by our accounts department. We will attempt to verify that all purchasors are genuine before processing orders. Goods are sold subject to the manufacturers licence and warranties. Goods can not be returned without our prior agreement. In any event products are only returnable if the packaging seals are unbroken and the product has not been installed or activated. If you are buying Maximizer software it can take up to 5 days to clear your licence order through Maximizer.

Returns
A handling charge of £25 will apply. Carriage charges can not be refunded. Upgrade and competetive upgrade orders must be accompanied by your existing serial number. Failure to provide adequate proof of eligability, will mean that that we will be unable to provide goods at the offer price due to the increased administrative costs involved.

Invoices and Tax
A VAT invoice will be supplied - if you are in an EU country please supply your EU VAT number. All Prices are subject to change.

Law
The sale is subject to English Law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Maximizer is a product and trademark of Maximizer Software Inc all other trademarks are acknowledged.

Link Tracker Special Terms
1)Link Tracker undertake to count clicks and opens on behalf of the service user. The company will use its best endeavours to ensure that this service is available at all times. We are dependent on service providers and may not he held liable for interruptions to the service which are beyond our control.
2)Link Tracker encourages responsible and legal use of emails marketing. We reserve the right to suspend the service provided to any user in the event of complaint or the company becoming aware that the service is being used in a way or for a purpose that may contravene either the current legislation or best practice or which may in any way damage the reputation or business of the operator.
3)Link tracking history will continue to be available to the Subscriber for 24 months after it is recorded provided a current subscription to the service is maintained. After 24 months Link Tracker may at its discretion purge response history from its archives unless otherwise agreed with the subscriber.
4)All Software provided as a part of this service is and remains the property of the operator and is issued for use under the terms of a licence agreement.
5)As a condition of use of the service the subscriber must provide the operator with the Maximizer product serial number (PSN) of the system from which the tracked emails will be sent. In the event that the subscriber is issued with a new PSN this must be promptly notified to the operator to ensure correct operation of the service.
6) Notice of termination of a subscription must be provided to the operator in writing a minimum of one month prior to the subscriptions renewals date.
