What's Software Assurance?

Annual Software Assurance (SA) entitles you to receive an equivalent new version (when released) and service releases under the licence agreement Terms and Conditions.

As Maximizer have historically released new versions every 12-24 months, this is usually the most cost effective way of maintaining the latest version of Maximizer (not including the Microsoft SQL database engine) within your business. The cost of SA is 20% of the full user licence RRP.

All SA maintenance contracts for Entrepreneur and Team products are based on a single SA renewal anniversary date established when you, as a customer, purchase your first licence. The purchase of additional licences or components include SA from the date of purchase to your next anniversary date.

Maximizer terms and conditions provide for your SA to be automatically renewed for successive periods of one year at a time, unless terminated by giving us written notice at least 30 days before the last day of any 12 month period. You will be contacted with information on how to renew prior to your SA anniversary renewal date.
