Dispatch
The goods will not be despatched until your payment has been processed by our accounts department. We attempt to verify that all purchasors are genuine before processing orders. Goods are sold subject to the manufacturers licence and warranties. Goods can not be returned without our prior agreement. In any event products are only returnable if the packaging seals are unbroken and the product has not been installed or activated. If you are buying Maximizer software it can take up to 5 days to clear your licence order through Maximizer.
Returns
We regret that software licences are not returnable. Where returns are accepted a handling charge of £25 will apply. Carriage charges can not be refunded.
